ABOUT ME

It’s fascinating to introduce oneself and I believe, it would have been a disservice to get introduced by someone else on my own website 🙂

I believe in human potential to just do anything imaginable. India is at the cusp of breaking out from developing to developed nation. I have been lucky to be at the right time and right places in my 22 years. Having started with Steel, Mohatta & Heckel Ltd, I learnt the construction with Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd. My yearning to learn took me to Real Estate and I spent more than 12 years of my career with Orbit Corporation Ltd. If this was not enough, my destiny took me to Edelweiss Financial Services helping me complete one full circle from Material to Services to building a Franchise of Real Estate and eventually learning to build a Banking and Investment business for Edelweiss in Real Estate with a differentiated business model.

Having worked through the corporate ladder starting from an Intern to Middle Management and then spent the last 15 years in Leadership roles as Head of Strategy, Joint CEO and then CEO, I have stories, some good, some not so good. I have lessons and learning, some around 'how to' and some about 'why to'? Entrepreneurs and professionals have a significant role to play in shaping India's destiny unshackling the potential both at Individual and organizational level.  I would strive to help individuals, ventures and businesses with all that I could learn in my career and possibly learn more, what I still have to do.
